I was wondering why some people just surrender easily to what other people tell them to do… I mean, it’s like sometimes they just don’t have faith or independence to think for their own sake. For their own problems. Their own future. Why do people depend on other people so heavily even for small things? Why do people prefer other people to decide for them? Why do people don’t learn to decide for themselves? Why do people care so much about what others think about them? Why do people conform with other’s expectation even though they don’t like it? Why do people even bother to ask others about things they know won’t get the expected answers–and even follow it? Why do people let other people control their lives? Yes, that’s it! Why do people let other people control their lives, even when they don’t like it?
Hmm, bener juga yah. I always depend on my friends and almost everyone in my life. I never made a great decision. I think I already wrote this before: I’m a very bad decision - maker. But I don’t think people could live by themselves. They still need other people. They live not for their own sake but for everyone else in their life too. Of course they think what other people think about ‘em. That’s why people need others’ opinion but it doesn’t mean that others control their lives. People just really NEED TO KNOW what’s right for them, even it’s from other people thought.
PEOPLE, WAKE UP!!! YOU REALLY NEED TO RELY ALL THINGS TO GOD! But can you hear God’s voice? I think not literally. God speak to you from others, so find a good friend. Friends that live for God and in God. That’s how you handle things even you really need to get off from some culture you don’t like.
